Who we are
geleader.ai is operated by GE Leadership Group(“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our website at geleader.ai and our products, including LeadReady.

What we collect
Account information
When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed password. We do not store passwords in plain text. Authentication is handled by Supabase, a third-party service.
App usage data
When you use LeadReady, we store the content you create: your daily Big 3 priorities, coaching notes, leadership intentions, goals, and time entries. This data is tied to your account and stored in Supabase.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card number, CVV, or full card details. We store your Stripe Customer ID and subscription status in order to manage your plan. Stripe's privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data.
Waitlist emails
If you submit your email on our coming-soon page, we store that email address and which product you expressed interest in. We use this only to notify you when the product launches.
Cookies and session data
We use strictly necessary session cookies to keep you logged in. These cookies are set by Supabase and are required for the service to function. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics cookies that follow you across other websites.
How we use your data
- To provide and operate the LeadReady service
- To manage your subscription and process payments via Stripe
- To send transactional emails (account confirmation, payment receipts, subscription status)
- To notify waitlist subscribers when new products launch
- To improve our products based on aggregate, anonymized usage patterns
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your data with third parties except as described in this policy.
Third-party services
We use the following third-party services to operate geleader.ai:

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy. We have selected providers with strong data protection practices and, where applicable, data processing agreements.
Data retention
We retain your account and app data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data remains accessible in a read-only state. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., payment records).
Your rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Correction — request that inaccurate data be corrected
- Deletion — request that your data be deleted (“right to be forgotten”)
- Portability — request your data in a portable format
- Objection — object to certain types of processing
- Opt-out of sale — we do not sell personal data, so this right is already satisfied

California residents (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information. To submit a request, contact privacy@geleader.group.
EU/EEA residents (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, our legal basis for processing your data is:
- Contract — processing necessary to provide the service you signed up for
- Legitimate interest — improving our products and preventing fraud
- Consent — for waitlist emails, which you can withdraw at any time
Children's privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify active subscribers by email.
