Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of geleader.ai and the LeadReady application (“Services”), operated by GE Leadership Group(“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Accounts
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@geleader.group if you believe your account has been compromised.
You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their consent, or use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
Subscriptions and billing
LeadReady is offered on the following paid plans: Lite (monthly), Pro (monthly and annual), and Founding Member (monthly and annual, available during the launch period). Plan details and current pricing are available at geleader.ai/leadready/pricing.
Free trial
The LeadReady Pro plan includes a 7-day free trial. No payment is required to start the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged the applicable Pro rate.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected. All payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account page or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to your plan until that date.
Refunds
We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel a monthly plan mid-month, you will not receive a refund for the remaining days but will retain access through the end of the period. Annual plan refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase — contact legal@geleader.group.
Founding Member pricing
Founding Member plan rates are locked in for life as long as the subscription remains active and in good standing. If a Founding Member subscription lapses or is canceled, it cannot be reinstated at the Founding Member rate.
Price changes
We may change plan pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers. Price changes will not affect Founding Member subscribers.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services to violate any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or its infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Services
- Use the Services to transmit malware, spam, or any harmful content
- Resell or sublicense access to the Services without our written permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
Your content
You retain ownership of all content you create within LeadReady — your goals, sessions, priorities, and notes. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the Services to you.
We do not use your personal content to train AI models or share it with third parties, except as required to operate the Services (e.g., storing it in our database provider).
Intellectual property
All software, design, trademarks, and content on geleader.ai and within LeadReady are owned by GE Leadership Group or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets.
Service availability
We aim to keep the Services available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, apply updates, or experience outages. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.
Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GE LEADERSHIP GROUP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends immediately. Data deletion will follow our Privacy Policy.
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us to request deletion.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
